Price transparency is important to us. Therefore, assessments are billed at a flat fee for the entire evaluation, not per hour. The cost of your assessment will depend on the type of assessment and will be discussed with you prior to beginning the evaluation.
The cost of the assessment will depend on how comprehensive the evaluation is. Screening assessments typically cost less, while more comprehensive assessments cost more, as they take significantly more time.
The total assessment fee can be split up equally in payments made at each appointment (typically 3-4 appointments are needed to complete an assessment) if needed.
Additional costs for optional services, such as school observations, continued case consultation beyond brief inquiries (after your assessment is completed), or other services that you may elect are billed at an hourly rate, in increments of 15 minutes, and will be discussed with you prior to rendering of such services. You will never be billed for an additional service without prior discussion and permission.
