Dr. David Butman, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Owner & Founder

Dr. Butman is licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania with over a decade of experience in psychological assessment. Since 2012, he has provided detailed and insightful diagnostic evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and a range of learning and psychological concerns, working with thousands of individuals across the lifespan. He specializes in comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, helping clients and families gain a clearer understanding of cognitive strengths, learning challenges, and how neurodiverse characteristics in ADHD and autism impact daily life.

Dr. Butman is deeply passionate about his work and finds immense fulfillment in helping individuals unlock their potential. He takes pride in making complex psychological concepts accessible, ensuring that each client walks away with not just a diagnosis but also a deeper understanding of themselves or their child. His goal is to provide clarity and actionable insights that empower individuals to navigate school, work, and life with confidence.

He earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Psychological Assessment from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where he provided therapy and psychological evaluations for children and adolescents in a community mental health setting. His experience spans various clinical settings, conducting assessments for individuals from early childhood through adulthood.

Amy Wine, M.S., Ed.S., Nationally Certified School Psychologist

Amy is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist practicing in K-12 public school systems since 2009. Having completed hundreds of evaluations over the years, Amy values the importance of comprehensive and evidence-based evaluations with thorough reporting, as well as the benefit of building connections across the home and school environments.
